Mega Securities is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mega Financial Holding Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2886.TW). Its business scope covers securities brokerage, wealth management (trust), underwriting, stock affairs agency, new financial products, proprietary trading, bonds and other diversified fields, and owns two subsidiaries: Mega Futures and Mega International Investment Services.
Since its establishment, Mega Securities has adhered to the philosophy of steady operation and honest service, continuously expanding its business territory. In 2010, it was approved to conduct wealth management business through trust methods. In 2013, all branch offices were approved to conduct wealth management business through trust methods. In 2014, it was approved to establish an International Securities Business Branch (OSU) to promote offshore securities business. In 2020, it was approved to provide high-net-worth client services through commissioned trading, commissioned investment, and business premises trading methods.
