Ms. Pei-Chun Chen holds a Master of Laws in International Banking Law from Boston
University School of Law and possesses profound legal expertise. She has served as President of Mega
Securities, Chief Auditor of Mega Securities, Vice President of PineBridge Investments Taiwan, Legal
Affairs Officer at Pin An Law Firm, and positions at Yuanta Securities and KGI Securities. She also
served at the Securities and Futures Bureau of the Financial Supervisory Commission, responsible for
securities firm supervision. She possesses both financial and legal expertise, specializes in
financial securities-related fields, and has experience spanning private enterprises and regulatory
agencies, with comprehensive academic and professional background.
Since Ms. Pei-Chun Chen became President in 2016 and Chairman in 2018, she has vigorously promoted
various businesses and continuously improved performance, significantly enhancing the company's
operating results. The company achieved record profits in 2021, and profits exceeded NT$2 billion
for two consecutive years in 2023 and 2024. All business areas maintain strong market positions, and
through strengthening the three lines of defense, corporate governance effectiveness has been

These include second place in the Taiwan Stock Exchange's 2016 Circulation Securities Award, third place in the number of companies recommended for first listing and emerging stock listing during the 10th anniversary of the over-the-counter market opening to foreign enterprises coming to Taiwan, third place in the 2019 over-the-counter market performance award for recommending and counseling listed and emerging stock registrations, first place in the 2019 emerging stock market-making competition growth and improvement award, and second place in the Taipei Exchange's "2020 Annual Performance Award for Recommending and Counseling Listed Companies," with the highest number of annual listings among peers.
